ZJ Slurry Pump
The ZJ series comprises single-stage, single-suction, horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pumps. This pump series is designed in accordance with advanced international theories regarding solid-liquid two-phase flow, adhering to the principle of minimizing hydraulic losses. The geometry of its wet-end components is optimized to align with the flow dynamics of the medium, thereby reducing both local and frictional hydraulic losses—such as those caused by turbulence and impact—and consequently mitigating wear on the wet-end parts, enhancing hydraulic efficiency, and lowering operational noise and vibration. The wet-end components of this series are cast from high-hardness alloy iron; this material features exceptional resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and impact, thereby significantly extending the pump's service life. Furthermore, the series incorporates a dynamic pressure-reduction mechanism to ensure effective sealing and prevent slurry leakage.
